Convicted (with co-defendants Paul Jenkot and Frank Korczykowski) of the 1935 murder of Chicago policeman Jerome Marlen McCauley during a series of robberies. The trio was also linked to other crimes. Bogacki was electrocuted at Cook County Jail on March 13, 1936.
